Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind about a submitted order, it can be cancelled and refunded as long as it has not been despatched. Please make sure you contact us with your order details as soon as possible.
Any unopened/unused item that is still in its original packaging may be returned to The New Me within SEVEN days of receipt of your order (as determined by the courier) for an exchange for another product, or, under special circumstances, a full refund.
Returns and refunds will only be processed for items purchased from The New Me.
Items returned more than SEVEN days after delivery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please contact us first to receive your returns authorisation code.
Please ensure items for exchange arrive in "as new" condition. Items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.
Please ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) and returns authorisation code with your return.
Please ensure that all items are wrapped securely and appropriately and arrive to us undamaged.
Refunds will not be processed without the appropriate returns authorisation code.
We are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.
Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because the item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
